Is it possible to hack game achievements on xbox 360?

On xbox 360 im having a hard time getting achievements. Is it possible to hack them so i get the gamer points for the achievements.

What the hell is the point? At least when you cheat in a game you might get to see a cutscene you wouldn’t have, or unlock some stuff you couldn’t get, or have some fun while you’re invincible and everyone else isn’t, or something. But hacking achievements? Yes they’re fun to go for, but all you get is a few more points to add to your score – I well and truly cannot see any motivation whatsoever for anyone in their right mind to ever do this, under any circumstances.

Achievements are exactly what they say they are – achievements. What possible joy could you take from hacking them? It’s the equivalent of someone wanting to break their personal record for the 100 metres sprint, then deciding they can’t be bothered trying and they’ll just pretend to themself that they’ve done it.

And in any case, the answer is no.
