Sony Ps3 Hacked I think?

My girlfriend and I use her card as it easier to have money in two banks anyway she is being a dumb b*tch and we had £20 taken out of her bank and all of her credit cards information is on my PSN account and I think one of them sad b*stards has use her account on a site called Phone Market.

As useless and s*it as Sony is(Big chance I’m going to sell my Ps3 for a Xbox 360)
Where can I report this hacking? What can I do? By the way I’m in the Uk.
