Basically this video shows when you connect the xbox 360 stock fans and a 200mm fan and a smaller fan for the gpu to a universal ac adapter. there are youtube videos out there for making a pc fan to a usb but instead of hooking it up to a usb cable i hooked it up to a universal ac adapter.
