Can I sell hacked hard drives for Xbox 360 legally?

I can hack certain types of hard drives and put them in cases that can be used with Xbox 360′s and be recognized as an official Xbox 360 250gb hard drive. Would it be legal to sell these to people? seewaldd@att.net if you need more details or would be interested. (NO SPAM PLEASE)

I’m not quite sure, but I believe that third party hard drives aren’t allowed to be legally used. Users will be banned if they are caught using these, so they won’t exactly be happy with you either. Warning them obviously won’t get you very far money wise.
