With the new xbox 360 update, is it possible to download games and play them without physically hacking..?

With the new Xbox 360 update, (downloading FULL games off the marketplace) is it possible to download games anywhere else and play them without physically hacking the 360? (aka mod chip) Even if you could play them offline, that would still be great

No unless you swap liscence’s over to the your xbox from someone else’s xbox that has bought the game.
Microsoft has got all the free arcade games/ premium themes under control for now because they have a thing called a LIVE resigner, which adds a unique code for each profile for every item you buy, that then locks the item to that profile, the only way to swap this is to use the liscence changed on xbox.com, but even then someone you know would have to buy the game.
Hackers have apparently made a LIVE resigner but I havent seen it yet :)
So it’s easier to go out and buy the game or marketplace, but I have heard some games live viva pinata on the dashboard are cheaper in america then in the UK due to currency rates.
