How to Mod Xbox 360 Controllers

How do I mod an xbox 360 controller for UFC Undisputed 2009?

I want to know how i can mod my controller for submissions on the game UFC Undisputed. Serious answers only please!
BTW I mean to mod the right analog stick for submissions not button mashing.

You can’t and besides it wouldn’t work because button mashing only works if you have high strength.
