How Do I Remove the Microsoft Update That Prevent Call of Duty Black Ops From Playing on a Mod Xbox 360?

I was playing game perfectly until yesterday after this stupid update. I hope there is away to remove the update. Maybe I could restore my Xbox?

    Stupid update?

    It’s a great update for those of us who prefer to buy our games legally and hope to keep the future cost of games down by also keeping pirating down.

    No Shane, you can’t undo the patch. It isn’t stupid, it prevents cheap people like you from playing the game.
