Could i take a flash drive and put it into the USB port on computer and download an online mod onto it and then put the flash drive into the USB port on my xbox 360 to mod it? Yes/No? Is there any other way?

With the PC version theres also a cheat that can teleport you to a special "testing room" which contains every single item in oblvion. It has a food room containing every food. A weapon room containing every weapon a armour room containing every armour. It also contains every unique item including enchanted items and daedric items.

Nope.. You can’t do it, bud.. Microsoft doesn’t allow 3rd-party content/modifications on XBox360 games.. If you try it, you’ll most likely glitch your game, if not your console..

….if you really wanna have mods on it get th pc version..
first of all you don't have to download software for your pc to recognize your xbox 360 controller, especially since its made by microsoft anyhow. However, some games that don't recognize the controller, mostly older games, use a program called Xpadder to map out your controls which you can get from piratebay and many other tracker sites
