In Grand Theft Auto IV for PC, what can you do differently than XBOX 360 or PS3?
Just a few questions for GTA IV for PC:
1) How do you make police car mods?
Does it mess up your computer?
2) Can you use turning signals?
3) Can you have a partner when in a police car?
4) Can you open the trunk or hood?

1: Mods shouldnt mess up your computer unless you download them from a website where it might have a virus in the file you download.
2: No there might be a mod for it
3: No (maybe a mod)
4: There might be a mod for that too.
