Best Xbox 360 Controller Mod

Xbox controller Question Mod?

I want to mod my xbox 360 controller. I have looked all over online and have got a few different ways. I was wondering which way is the best or the most correct. ( If you have found a really good tutorial then please post thanks)

Just for your information I have a new 360 controller and on the chip board on the back by the battery it says TP3. I also have a D21 by the LED on the front of the board.

I have heard that if you have “D21″ by the LED that you solder at two points: One right on the bottom of the LED and one point on the middle prong (or silver thingy) of the three metal things. I also have heard if you have “D21″ by the LED that you solder one point onto the middle prong and not to the LED but a little ways down from the LED in a certain socket. The of course you solder both wires from both points to the momentary switch.

Which one of these is right or the best way? Is there a complete really good video or website that explains this?

the second way is best.
also, make sure you’re very careful if you do the first way because it’s easiar to screw up your controller that way
